Hi!  I’m Stacey and I established The Remix Vintage Fashion Shop in 2002.  An experienced merchandiser and window designer, I merged modern presentation techniques with  vintage clothing.  My mission in 2002 was to create a vintage shop that offered affordable vintage clothing for men and women merchandised in a classy contemporary way. 

It worked!

Voted Best Vintage Shop in the Washingtonpost.com’s Reader’s Choice Awards “Best Bets” ’06,The Remix satisfies shoppers seeking an independent and artistic expression to their fashion style through unusual and extraordinary vintage finds.  The merchandise mix includes fashions from the turn of the century through the 80’s with a concentration on 50’ through 70’s fashions.  You can find select designer items from past decades like Nina Ricci, Christian Dior as well as cherished fashion from the greats like:  Sak's Fifth Avenue, Lord and Taylor, I Magnin and Washington’s own Garfinkels. Accessories and jewelry also abound at The Remix with highly collectible lucite purses and signed rhinestone jewelry.
